TREATING ADVANCE PAYMENTS DUE TO COVID SITUATION

BOOKINGS FOR YEAR 2022 WITH PAYMENTS FROM YEAR …/2021. – INTENDED FOR BOOKINGS FROM YEAR 2021

  • Guests who could not accomplish booking in year 2021, and have transferred the advance payment to a new booking in 2022, can use this advance payment only 15.03.2022-15.11.2022.
    • This excludes any form of subsequent refund of the advance payment.

BOOKINGS FOR YEAR 2022 WITH NEW PAYMENTS FROM 2021/2022. – INTENDED FOR BOOKINGS IN YEAR 2022

  • If the borders are closed due to the COVID situation during 2022 and it will not be possible to enter Croatia during the period when the guest has a booking:
    • Guests will be entitled to a refund of the entire advance payment until 15.11.2022
    • or will be able to use their advance payment only 15.03.2023. – 15.11.2023. without subsequent right to a refund.
  • If the borders are open during the period when the guest has a reservation, but is prevented from traveling due to coronavirus:
    • The refund of the advance payment will be treated in accordance with the booking policy: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    • Guests who wish to transfer full advance payment to year 2023, will be able to use it only 15.03.2023. – 15.11.2023. which excludes any form of subsequent refund.

For all other situations that prevent the guest from traveling, the advance payment will be treated according booking terms and conditions.

COVID-19 TESTING / CAMPING VILLAGE ŠIMUNI 

COVID-19 testing is performed at the Šimuni Camp Covid Clinic.

The testing is performed by Mr. Dražen Grgurović, MD, Director of Pupillam d.o.o., a Zadar-based health institution (www.pupillam.hr).

TEST TYPES

SARS-CoV-2 Rapid Test

  • The test results are available in 15 min.
  • The testing is performed by a professional health worker, while the administrator immediately issues the certificate of the result, which is entered on the EU digital platform by the end of the day.
  • The price of 1 (one) test is HRK 200.00 / EUR 27.80, and the payment is made on the spot.
  • The price includes:
    • 1 (one) test,
    • translation to English,
    • sending of the test result to the designated e-mail address,
    • VAT.

PCR Test (upon request)

  • The test results are available the next day.
  • The testing is performed by a professional health worker. After receiving the test result, the administrator issues the related certificate, and the information about the tourist’s test result is entered on the EU digital platform by the end of the day.
  • The price of 1 (one) test is HRK 700.00 / EUR 97.20, and the payment is made on the spot.
  • The price includes:
    • 1 (one) test,
    • translation to English,
    • sending of the test result to the designated e-mail address,
    • VAT.

The testing is performed at the Šimuni Camp Covid Clinic, Bungalow 1, near the Reception.

The testing is performed every Tuesday and Friday in the afternoon hours.

VACCINATION OF THE CAMPING VILLAGE ŠIMUNI STAFF

Vaccination of the camp staff is organized and performed at the Šimuni Camp.

Currently, 90% of the team has either been vaccinated and/or have had COVID-19.

Vaccination will be continued in June and July.

UPDATE (26.04.2021.)

For all bookings that will not be realized in 2021 due to the situation with COVID, the following options will be available:

  • advance payments will be treated in accordance with the Booking Regulations: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • the entire advance payment may be used in 2022

If borders are closed due to COVID, and it will not be possible to enter Croatia (during the booked period), guests will be entitled to a full refund of the advance payment or will be able to use the advance payment in 2022.

Dear tourists,

If you feel symptoms of disease indicating the contagious disease COVID-19 (coughing, throat ache and tickle, difficulty of breathing, muscle ache, redness and if you have fever), please do not go to a Medical Practice or Emergency Medical Service.

Inform the responsible person in your accommodation facility about those symptoms to provide you with medical personal.

In case COVID-19 symptoms arise, the protocol is as follows:

  1. The guest must stay isolated in his/her room/MH/caravan/tent and contact the reception team (Davor Š.) on 00385 99 4827 123
  2. The reception team contacts the competent doctor in the tourist clinic (if applicable) or the competent/on-duty epidemiologist.
  3. When COVID-19 is suspected:
    • a swab will be taken from the guest and then they wait for results in a hotel room/MH /other or they go to a reference hospital in the county where they undergo a swab test for Covid-19 and wait for results (in both cases the results are available the next day)
    • epidemiological treatment of contacts and placement in self-isolation (guests in a hotel room/MH/other or quarantine; employees at home or in quarantine)
  4. If the test is positive, decontamination of the room/MH/other follows after the departure of the guest as well as other rooms in which the guest stayed – according to the epidemiological indications.

This 2 km long beach covering an area of 20,000 m2 is one of the most functional and beautiful beaches on the Adriatic. It is spacious enough to accommodate all guests!

2,500 hours of sunshine a year, clean sea and salt have a beneficial effect on the health of an individual. Enjoy the beach every day but act responsibly.
